The two-week diet (weight loss of up to 10 kg)
A diet designed for two weeks , during which you can lose , in strict compliance with up to 10 kg. During the diet recommended to drink water or green tea in unlimited quantities.
1st day: 2-3 eggs, fruit and raw vegetables .
2nd day: 450 - 550g low-fat cottage cheese with sour cream , 1 liter of yogurt.
3rd day : fruit and raw vegetables, yogurt 1L , 1L juice.
4th day : 500g chicken breast , 1 liter of yogurt.
5th day: fruits and vegetables.
6th day: 400 - 500g cottage cheese with sour cream, 1 liter of yogurt.
7th day: fruits and vegetables.
8th day: 300g chicken, 1 egg, vegetable salad .
9th day: fruit, 150g beef , salad of tomatoes and cucumbers with vegetable oil.
10th day: 150g fish , 2 slices of rye bread , a salad of tomatoes and cucumbers with vegetable oil , 0.5l yogurt.
11th day: 2 eggs, 150g beef, 4 slices of rye bread , vegetable salad , 0.5l yogurt.
12th day: 1 liter of yogurt, fruit and vegetables.
13th day: 300g chicken, vegetable salad , 2 eggs .
14th day: 4 boiled potatoes , fruit, yogurt 1l .
