Eating is a happy hobby. Thus, you should eat as much as you can. When you are eating, focus on foods that can give you nutrients, specifically vitamin D or calcium. These are the required nutrients the body should have to be able to avoid the osteoporosis disease.

Smoking is a big no-no as well. If you are a smoker, then you should know that this will decrease the flow of blood in your body. Since you are deprived of oxygen because of that, your healing will be slower too. If you do not want that to happen, then you better stop smoking. You can ask for help from support groups whenever you cannot quit on your own.
