Avoid drinking alcohol when coming inside the place too. The same true when it comes to consuming food. You would want to avoid both because they can cause your blood pressure to lower as opposed to the rapid rise of your body temperature. Doing so is only likely to get you at risk for fainting, getting dizzy or feeling nauseated.

Make sure that you will remove any accessory off your body before entering the room too. You have to remember that this is a heated place. Hence, you can only imagine what it can do to accessories that you were that may possibly be made of metal. They can burn you. So, to avoid such incidents, you are advised to just go ahead and have them taken off instead.
