Excuses To Apply Sunless Tanning

Whatever the time of year, a healthy tint to your skin can make a nice difference. Many people achieve this by sitting in the sun for a while, absorbing the rays of the sun, resulting in darker shade to the skin. For others, however, the preference is for sunless tanning lotions.

There are plenty of reasons why they would, after all, all ranging in importance. Of course, the most pivotal reason not to spend too much time in the sun is due to the damage that it could do to your skin. Skin cancer and other such diseases are very possible risks that the use of tanning lotion does not carry.

Many might consider this to be one of the most crucial reasons to use a cream instead of sunbathing. It might also be considered a more convenient option. While, for many, sunbathing is simple and relaxing, it could also be that you cannot spare the time, or that it is time consuming, anyway, or perhaps you just find it boring.

If you only have to apply and wait for something to dry, it will take less time than waiting hours in the sun. It might also be that you want a tan at a point in the year when there just is not much sun to sunbathe under. Even if there is a sun at these points, it still tends to be too cold, anyway. An easy alternative, here, is tanning lotion, so that you can still have that healthy tint.

One of the main issues people seem to have with tanning lotion is that it does not accurately replicate how a natural tan actually looks. The complaint is that it looks too garish and too orange to look right.

Once, this might have been true, and many lotions do still have that effect. There are, though, many available that do replicate the natural tan that you want. There are plenty of good sunless tanning lotions around for those who look.
