Learning activities are the major activity in the contemporary world. Everybody is always striving very hard to acquire knowledge of given specifications. Again, problem choosing and classroom observations among others are examples of these steps.

This act is of great importance to the schools and the studying institutions as in giving more and ideal information in the management methodologies. It, therefore, aids in the general improvement of the learning institutions lookout, the learning techniques are improved, the general development of a school is enhanced as well. As such carrying out these acts are significant benefits.

In most cases, in as much as these processes are related to the supervision and invigilation act, they cannot be used interchangeably as there are wide distinctions between them. Supervision is associated with the classroom work mostly those of examinations and testing. These acts cut across all the departments within the schools generally as a whole.
